This will also form the basis of some of the key interventions to be carried out by JobMag over the months.

Progress Meeting(s)

Progress Meeting(s)

JobMag will facilitate a Monthly Progress Meeting. JobMag ahead of time will submit a monthly report to facilitate this meeting. The meeting could either be held at the beginning of the Month or at the end, both parties at the Initial Alignment Meeting will agree to this. A minimum of one-week’s notice must be given by either party to postpone the monthly meeting. Both parties should then agree on a suitable day. The Monthly meeting will also address scope of work to be carried out before the next meeting.

This process entails mapping the responsibilities, qualifications, competencies and reporting lines of employees within a job function. JobMag can create Job Profiles for your organisation, if none is in existence or modify/enhance existing ones to ensure no overlaps across job functions and departments. JobMag can recruit individuals for your organisation on a need-by-need basis based on the selected package within the retainer year. Recruitment of an additional position will attract a fee. JobMag will present 3 shortlisted candidates for each position recruited for. JobMag will be liable to replace staff due to non-performance within 30 days of the staff’s resumption. Your organization will be responsible to provide the necessary tools and environment to enable the staff work productively.
