We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our organisation and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

Job Description
Selected candidate will Oversee:
  • Hiring of new staff members and administering payroll and benefits,
  • Inventory duties that maybe carried out, in order to ensure that office supplies are always in stock
  • Facility management
  • Internal and External Communications
  • Supervising of staff
  • Facilitating communication throughout the organisation and developing procedures to make the workplace more efficient.

Requirements

  • A BSc. in related discipline
  • Minimum 3/4years experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills are needed, including proficiency in word processing and database software.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to work effectively with staff (including training, monitoring and evaluating performances),
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ideal candidate must be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and must be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
  • Performance will be measured within 3 month of start up. And salary can be reviewed after 3month subject to performance. Work experience must not be inclusive of the NYSC. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
