Conduct
continuous review and study of all Human Resources processes, policies,
programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
Develop
and monitor annual budget that includes Human Resources services, special
event, birthday celebration, etc.
Oversee
staff engagement at all levels (employee orientation and on-boarding).
Liaise
with the Administrator to ensure prompt payment of salary and other statutory
payments.
Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and
personal abilities to help further the organization's mission
Staff performance appraisal as well as
continuously monitor the attainment of action plans designed to improve
individual staff performance.
Conduct
exit interviews for employees leaving the company.
Review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs and
policies to verify compliance or otherwise.
Act as liaison between the organisation and outside legal and
professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current
laws and regulations
Manage
the day-to-day operations of employee-relation functions inclusive of employee
absences and leave.
Coordinate all
training programs, provides necessary education and materials to employees
including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Design,
direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that
addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development,
key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Manage
employee communication and feedback through such avenues as meetings,
suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, one-on-one
meetings, and intranet use.
Participate in a process of organization development to plan,
communicate, and integrate the results of strategic planning throughout the
organization
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
HR Professional Certification required
3-5years experience in a similar role
Essential Skills
Knowledge of fundamental human resource management processes,
methodologies,
tools &
techniques and ability to adapt them to organisation
Ability to analyse, assess, evaluate, and monitor potential human
capital management threats
Ability to develop well informed advice and strategies that are
sensitive to the needs of the stakeholders and partners.
Ability to communicate effectively.
