 A leading financial services company  seeks to hire an ambitious and business savvy individual  for the role of Lead,  Agent Network. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following  channels of acquisition: Direct Sales, Partners , Dig ital & Telesales channels.

Key Skill Sets
1. Experience/knowledge setting up and managing a sales team across the 36 states in Nigeria.
2. Acute knowledge of finance, business development & sales
3. Ability to find partners and sell them  business brand
4. Ability to drive an effective telesales team
5. Excellent MS Office knowledge and skills

• Agent acquisition and management: Work independently to on-board and facilitate registration of agents across the 36 states of Nigeria.
• Ensure training & daily Support of onboarded agents.
• Maintain a database of enlisted Agents and drive transactions.
• Send daily, weekly and monthly reports as at when due.
• Coordinate/track Monthly Performance in the various regions.
• Meet the expected revenue and agent target.
• Monitor the business dashboard and prepare reports for management.
• Stay on top of all trends in the financial service/payment system in Nigeria sector and across the globe.
Qualification & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in e-payment or banking industry/ sales/agency banking.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline
