The incumbent will be responsible in assisting the Senior Accountant in preparing financial record keeping, using various accounting software to record and process expenditures, receipts, payroll and other financial transactions.
1. Assist prepare and maintain financial records and documents.
2. Assist prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
3. Assist in performing daily bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
4. Help in processing payroll for employees.
5. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
6. Manage various income streams.
1. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks/Sage
2. Competency in the use of MS Word & Excel
3. Time management
1. Have a flare for Audit
2. (2) years minimum experience
3. BSc in Accounting
4. Should be a Female
