Job Summary

Our Client in the Agriculture Sector is in need of a Sales/Marketing Head (B2B) to sell her product (Palm-oil) in bulk. The Ideal candidate should be able to drive Sales and expand the firm’s customer base, while meeting Sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1.     Customer relationship.

2.     Sourcing for new industrial customers.

3.     Bulk sales of our retail palm oil to Caterers, Hotels and Schools.

4.     Managing the sales department and ensure that sales targets are met.

5.     Setting up, attending meetings and making presentations to prospective customers.

6.     Preparing and reviewing reports and documents; Request-for-Proposals; preparing background documents as necessary.

7.     Developing and implementing marketing, communication and product development plans to maximize volumes and increase opportunities for the products.

Requirements:

1.     Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2.     Considerable experience in selling FMCG.

3.     Excellent reporting skill (written and oral).

4.     Must have attended a professional training course on sales/marketing.
