Summary

The Main Purpose of this role is to plan, budget and oversee different initiatives or projects of a business and also monitor the progress, completion of assigned projects and ensure that they meet the expectations of the clients.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Effectively manage and control the Job’s (Project) budget and provide accurate information to the Head of Operations when required.
  • Create excel or QuickBooks quotation for each job and confirm if the client is happy with the quotation
  • Work with Accounts department to draw up the annual Departmental Project budget and participate in the Financial Services monthly/quarterly reviews on budget performance.
  • Ensure that services are billed correctly to client and the Final Invoices are sent to them at the conclusion of the job (After Delivery).
  • Develop, recommend and implement necessary program changes to meet the client’s need and in turn generate more revenue for the company
  • Ensure that the Project KPI’s are met and clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and also to meet clients KPIs
  • Ensure that the (Project) KPI’s are met and clients are satisfied with our services.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Assist the Operations Head in implementing Logistics as a core business function to be adopted by the clients.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or master degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Project Management experience and skill are key to this role
  • Proven experience in Logistics management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Logistics protocols and procedures
  • Communication skill (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Ms Office (word, excel & power point)
