The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be in charge of all
company's technology and technological resources.
He /She will be the first technology go-to expert and play
an integral role in setting the company’s strategic direction, development and

· Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the strategy for technology platforms,
partnerships and external relationships .
Developing strategic plans and setting timelines
for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.
Collaborating with department heads as advisor
of all technologies involved with company.
Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
Supervising quality assurance processes,
integration, and system tests.
Lead the IT team during technical testing of
platforms either pre/post integration implementation.
Managing relationships between customer
requirement and technical feasibility.
Interfacing between clients and technical
Managing and coordinating the integration of new
products on to the technology platform.
Managing the design, review, assessment and
contracts of the technology architecture.
Develop technical aspects of the company’s
strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that
yield competitive advantage.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure
functionality and efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess
Use stakeholders‟ feedback to inform necessary
improvements and adjustments to technology.
Supervising workflow of IT department.
Sharing technological visions, opportunities,
and risks company-wide.
Studying current and new industry trends,
technologies, and software development.
Studying information processing systems to
evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Representing company at conferences and
Ensuring company’s technological processes and
service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations.
Desired Competencies and Qualification
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field.
MBA, Master’s degree in Information Technology
or technology-related discipline preferred.
8+ years experience in software development
role, IT projects, information technology role, with minimum 5 years in
Management or leadership roles, preferably in Payment Solution Company.
Experience with technology relative to industry;
Not more than 40 years by February 2018 and not
less than 30 years.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to
communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
